ImpulsIQ Labs LLC respects the rights of creators. If you believe something in one of our apps — for example a post in a SchoolBro class group — infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent.

What to include in a notice
- The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Where the material appears in the app, in enough detail for us to find it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove material that is properly reported, and we close the class groups of anyone who infringes repeatedly. Inside SchoolBro, any class member can also report a post as “someone else’s work”.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send our agent a counter-notice with: what was removed and where it was; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake; your name, address and phone number; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any place we may be found); and your signature. We pass it to the person who complained, and may restore the material after 10 business days unless they tell us they have gone to court.
